BH IS NOT ASKING THE COURT TO SET THE AMOUNT OF THE COMPENSATION FROM SaM

As the first round of arguments drew to a close after seven days, BH legal representatives spoke about the "consequences of the state responsibility for genocide". One of the consequences is the compensation. The BH and SaM experts should first discuss it "in good faith". If they fail to reach an agreement within a year, Sarajevo will ask the International Court of Justice to set the compensation.
